MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

Hockey & Surf Camp reserves the right to modify the programme with no prior notice if required by the circumstances and the correct developement of the camp.Hockey & Surf Camp reserves the right to cancel the programme in case of force majeur or in the even of short demand.

Whilst every effort is made to update the information contained on this website, Hockey & Surf Camp doesn’t take any responsibility regarding the accuracy, completeness or reliability of the content.

 

Hockey & Surf Camp reserves the right to change the general Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, and can change, delete or add the content and services provided via this website.

 

All the materials, photos and content included on the website belong to us or to those who grant us license to use them. You may only use this material if expressly authorized by Hockey & Surf Camp.   

 

RISKS ACKNOWLEDGE

All the kids taking part on our camps are covered by a Civili Liability Insurance.

By signing up to our camps, the parent or legal tutor understands and accepts that the risk of injury is posible while playing field hockey, practise surf or any other sports activity. Parent or legal tutor authorizes the directors to act according to their best judgement in any emergency requiring medical attention until profesional medical authority arrives and authorizes medical treatement if required. 

 

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Entering into this agreement, the parent or legal guardian confirms that the player is physically fit and able to participate in all respects in any training, game or surf course. Players with medical considtions must report to the camp Director prior to the first sesión and provide a medical note or a note from the parents if necessary. 

 

PLAYERS BEHAVIOUR

By registering, the player agrees to abide by the regulations of the campus. Any unusual activity will be immediately reported to the camp Directors and the parents and parents will decide whether or not leave the camp. Players must respect the “lights out” times as advised by the camp staff and the residence staff in respect to other players need for sleep and the other athletes at the residence. 

 

SPECIAL NEEDS

As an educational trust we welcome children with special needs where we can offer appropriate care within our staffing ratio. We are realistic about the limitations of a sports camp environment for children with special needs and attendance is considered on an individual basis. Please contact us to discuss any individual requirements further.

 

REGISTRATIOIN

Registration can be done by our website, by e-mail and by phone. A registration is only valid after the reception of the payment.

 

If the camp you require is fully booked, you will be placed on a waiting list and in the event of any cancellations we will attempt to contact you and book your child on to the camp.

 

EXCLUSIONS

We reserve the right to exclude or refuse any person at any time prior to and during the camp if, in our opinion, that person is incompatible with the general well being of the camp.

 

PAYMENT & DISCOUNTS

Payments can be done by bank transfer. Any bank commission is customer’s responsibility.

Customer is required to pay 30% of the tuition when making the reservation and the balance due one month prior to the camp.

 

Early bird prices are applied to all reservations confirmed before the 15th of March.

Sibbling discounts are applied on the second child resgistered to any camp session on the same calendar year. 

Early bird prices are not cumulative

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have to cancel, for any reason, please note that the registration fee is non refundable. Participants who have fully paid in advanced will be refunded for the 70% of the tuition excluding bank fees.  

 

CANCELLATION FROM HOCKEY & SURF CAMP

In the unlikely event that Hockey & Surf Camp cancels your camp session, we will refund the full payment. 

 

PRIVICY POLICY

Hockey & Surf Camp guarantees that your personal data will be held in strict accordance with current Spanish data protection laws. All the information submitted by our clients is treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances without prior client consent. Our customer information is password protected and only accessible by the appropriate department/individual for the purpose of processing your order and sending information which is relevant to our company. We may collect the following information: name, contact information, preferences and interests.
